Personal training with me is all about YOU! We all can’t do the same workouts and programs as others and expect DIFFERENT results. Training should be specific to YOU, your body, and your GOALS! Im here to provide that so you can reach your goals efficiently in a timely manner and more importantly sustain them! Expect to have me at your disposal 24/7 through all outlets of communication to keep you on track.
ITS A COMMITMENT…
In order to see and feel real change you must spend a significant amount of intentional time TRAINING your body. This starts with being aware of your weaknesses, imbalances, and differences so we can train smart as we push towards your goals over time. Expect hands on coaching to keep us BOTH accountable for each other. Training with me will be approached as a marathon, not a sprint! Don’t expect change in a few weeks….
OPTIONS…
You MUST have a Tonal to begin and the app downloaded. You can choose from me creating custom workouts or designing a specific plan for you with programs and workouts that are already in Tonal. You will have access to my 8 page nutrition guideline that will set you up for success before, during, and after your training.
